Once Joan has established the client’s needs and home criteria, she and Calista work together to assist the client in his/her time frame, locating and showing selected homes, providing comparable price analysis, preparing/presenting offers, and caring for client needs from the execution of the sales contract to the closing.

Jenny Goldsmith Viney

Jenny embodies the energy, creative problem solving, tenacity and compassion necessary for a walking with clients through the process of selling or buying a home. She believes it is a privilege to be involved with others while they are making such a significant decision and works diligently to gain trust and respect from her clients.
Jenny grew up in the Sierra Nevada and Rocky Mountain regions. She practiced as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 17 years. When Jenny moved from Colorado to Houston in 2010, she instantly fell in love with the culture, charm and spirit of Texas and the South.
Jenny and her husband, Scott, have elementary, middle school, high school and college-aged children who keep them deeply involved and invested in the community. She runs along Lake Houston to clear her mind, loves popcorn, has too many pets, and cherishes her family and friends.
Ramona supports clients by managing all details of the real estate transaction from the time of execution of the Sales Agreement to closing. She coordinates inspections, appraisals, title work, repairs, etc to make the closing process as easy and stress free as possible. Ramona is considered the voice of Joan’s office as she efficiently greets and accommodates the immediate needs and requests of her customers and clients.
Elaine supports clients by managing all details of the real estate transaction from execution of the Listing Agreement to the execution of the Sales Agreement. She handles coordination of photography, staging, MLS data entry, marketing, showings, agent feedback and quality client care.
Laurie supports clients by managing all details of the real estate transaction from execution of the Listing Agreement to the execution of the Sales Agreement. She handles coordination of photography, staging, MLS data entry, marketing, showings, agent feedback and quality client care.
Kay & Jerry Wayt
Kay & Jerry provide team and client support by caring for outside of office duties such as placement/pick up of signs and lockboxes, making & checking key copies, and delivery of marketing materials and client paperwork. In addition, a notebook and log is maintained for each listing. All vacant homes are checked every week and include a checklist for condition of interior and exterior. All occupied homes are checked every two weeks for condition of yard and exterior. Any action involving the listing is noted and recorded. This provides a helpful reference for the office team and the client, tracking any events from listing to sale.
